Fermentation of red wines takes place on the grape berries themselves, slowly and patiently, so that we can extract the maximum from each harvest. The first Touch line ferments for 10-15 days, Touch Reserve for 15-25 days, while Touch Premium ferments for around one month, creating depth, structure, and complexity without haste.

A thousand-year tradition and
a unique micro-location
Our vineyards are located in the unique wine micro-location of the Strumica-Radovish wine region, an area where wine has been cultivated for thousands of years.
Legend says that it was here that the Greek god of wine, Dionysus, known to the Romans as Bacchus, had his finest vineyards and wine cellars. Myth or truth, one thing is certain: this is a place where wine has always held special meaning.
Touch wines are created at Dalvina Winery, one of the most technologically advanced wineries in the region, located in the very heart of its own vineyards.
With more than 400 hectares of vineyards, the winery was designed and built according to the highest global winemaking standards. The cellar has a capacity of 7.5 million liters of wine, enabling complete quality control from vineyard to bottle.
Here, modern technology is only a tool serving one idea: preserving the character of the grapes and the authentic expression of the wine.

In growing our grapes,we use no herbicides or pesticides.The vineyard must remain alive, because only living soil can create wine that carries the emotion, energy, and truth of its origin.

In the production of Touch red wines, we do not use a press because we deliberately choose a natural path toward refined tannins and the authentic expression of the wine. Touch Reserve wines age for at least one year in French and American oak barrels of 225 L, while Touch Premium wines mature for a minimum of two years, developing elegance, balance, and longevity.
We do not preserve wine with sulfur, but with temperature. Minimal amounts of sulfur are used only during bottling, to protect the wine at the moment it leaves the winery.
Today, Touch wines are present in the most demanding markets of China, the United States, and the European Union but at their core they remain what they have always been: a Croatian brand, born and grown in a unique wine micro-location.
