The best vines of our sunny vineyards, where only one bunch may grow per vine, and a late harvest when the grapes are already sufficiently dried and a careful selection of berries, result in this unique and powerful wine – MERLOT After 24 months of aging in French oak barrels, this wine of an intense red colour which tends toward a ruby-red colour leaving a long-lasting shine on the rim of the glass. It is characterized by aromas of red berries intertwined with notes of herbs, liquorice root and vanilla. The taste is rich, imbued with soft tannins and interspersed with sweet notes. The wine should be drunk in the next 9 to 10 years.
